She says: “Why do people love cheese? It turns out that cheese contains an amino acid called phenethylamine (PEA), which is the neurotransmitter responsible for love. This chemical compound causes euphoria and is similar to the DNA found in chocolate and sausage. cheese is determined on the basis of its ingredients.

And he adds that cheese contains 30 percent fat and at least 20-25 percent proteins, phosphorus and calcium salts, as well as a whole set of vitamins found in milk. And the proteins contained in cheese are close to the proteins of tissues and organs of the human body, therefore they are considered the most useful. Cheese also contains essential amino acids such as lysine, methionine and tryptophan, which is a precursor to serotonin, which has a positive effect on emotional experiences.

And the expert notes that we must not forget that 56 grams of cheese (standard cheese flour) contains at least 15 grams of fat and 200 calories. Knowing that the approved daily fat intake is 50-70 grams.

She says: “Cheese contains a high percentage of salts. For example, 60 grams of cheddar cheese contains 350 mg of salt. Everyone knows the negative effect of salt on blood pressure levels. anxiety because salt helps to remove calcium from the body.” Therefore, if a person suffers from high blood pressure and is overweight, he should at least reduce his cheese intake.
