“OPEC Plus” agrees to compensate for Russian production?

Reuters cited sources from the “OPEC Plus” alliance as saying that Russia may agree that the alliance will offset the current decline in its oil production caused by sanctions.

Sources confirmed that the participants in the monthly “OPEC Plus” meeting today could agree to gradually compensate for the deficit in Russian production.

According to “Reuters”, Russia’s oil production is currently around one million barrels per day in less than the quota specified in OPEC Plus.
