A moment at the royal wedding between Meghan and Prince Harry was also brought up.

However, he’d been unaware who she was the entire time.

Sophie came to his defence as she added to the Telegraph how this was understandable.

Oprah’s interview with Meghan and Prince Harry made huge headlines at the time.

The couple spoke at length about their time as royals as well as their mental health.

Some of their revelations included how they’d been asked by an unnamed member of the family about how dark their son Archie’s skin would be.

As well as this, Meghan opened up about suffering suicidal thoughts while pregnant.

She also said she had not been offered mental health support after this.

This led to Buckingham Palace releasing a statement following the airing of the interview.

This read: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.

“The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning.

“While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.

“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”
