Over 6 billion euros raised for Ukraine in a donor conference

Today, Thursday, the Polish Prime Minister announced that over 6 billion euros (6.5 million dollars) have been allocated in Ukraine were collected at an international donor conference in Warsaw.

“During this conference, we have been in able to raise more than six billion euros and this money will be used in support of Ukraine and all those who support Ukraine, “Mateusz Morawiecki told reporters.

International donors have pledged to provide that money in the form of humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, announced 200 million euros (211.44 million dollars) to support the displaced in Ukraine. France pledged another $ 300 million at the conference. President Volodymyr Zelensky has also launched a site web of global fundraising.
