Pakistan Army: 6 civilians were killed by Afghan forces firing across the border

On Sunday, the Pakistani military announced that Afghan border guards launched artillery shells and fired heavy fire, killing 6 civilians and wounding 17 others on the Pakistani side of the border.

The Army claimed in a statement that Pakistani forces returned fire through the Chaman border post in the southwestern province of Baluchistan, without providing details of any losses on the other side.
