Pakistan .. Imran Khan’s party organizes protests after “assassination attempt”

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party is staging protests after an “assassination attempt” on Friday.

On Thursday, Pakistani cities witnessed demonstrations after former Prime Minister Imran Khan was wounded after an assassination attempt targeted inarea of Wazirabad, in the province of Punjab.

THE media Pakistanis reported that people in the capital, Islamabad, and in several other cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Peshawar, have descended in square to protest the attack on the leader of the “Insaf Movement” Khan.

Protesters burned rubber tires in several cities and blocked roads, paralyzing traffic in many cities.

The protesters called for the arrest of the perpetrators and their delivery to justice, stressed that Imran Khan was a red line for them and chanted anti-government slogans.

Earlier today, Khan escaped an assassination attempt that targeted him while he was among his supporters. in a demonstration organized in the district of Wazirabad in the province of Punjab, where he sustained minor injuries, while one person was killed and 6 others were injured, including the senator of the “Insaf Movement” Faisal Javed.
