Peter Weber defends himself from being chosen as new baccalaureate instead of Mike Johnson

Peter Weber was a finalist in the final season of The Bachelorette. The pilot is quite charming, but Bachelor Nation broke out when he was named the new Bachelor instead of Mike Johnson.

Mike was a fan favorite from last season when he captured the hearts of the spectator in his speech on the quest for his fourth queen. He even caught the attention of Demi Lovato, with whom he briefly dated.

This is why when Peter the Pilot was announced as the next man who will be looking for love on reality TV – the fans were in turmoil.

Mike had previously expressed his disappointment by saying that each single person was a white man and that he thought he could add something to the candor he had never had.

“I think Peter is a handsome guy with his shadow at 5 o’clock. He has a fun and super fun job. His family is incredible. I know his little brother personally – he’s a stupid child. … I think I would have been more entertaining. I said it and I will stick to my word. “

He then said in a separate interview: “I think there should be an Asian track, an Indian track … diversity is not just in black and white. It’s not just salt and pepper. “

Weber finally speaks of indignation. He doesn’t want viewers to blame him, but he wants to have a chance.

“A, I didn’t make that decision, right? I was very grateful to accept it and move on, but listen, whatever race, identity or whatever, everyone deserves love. And I’m not the only person. Mike would have been a great bachelor. Tyler [Cameron] could have been a great bachelor. They chose me and I’m very excited and very humble and I can’t wait for this journey to begin. ”
