Putin signs the decree that imposes “retaliatory” economic sanctions on “hostile” countries.

The Kremlin said on Tuesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree imposing retaliatory economic sanctions in response to “hostile actions taken by some foreign countries and international organizations”.
With the new decree, Russia bans the export of products and materials prime to sanctioned persons and entities, the decree also prohibits transactions with foreign persons and companies affected by Russian retaliatory sanctions and allows Russian parties to fail to fulfill their obligations towards them.
