The QNB Group’s net profit grew 10% in the last year year-on-year to 13.2 billion Qatari riyal, or $ 3.6 billion.
The growth was supported by 6% growth in loans and advances during the year to reach 764 billion Qatari riyals.
The NPL ratio rose to 2.3% of total loans at the end of last year, from 2.1% in 2020.
The coverage ratio of these debts also rose to 117% from 107% the previous year.
In this context, the QNB Group has recommended distributing dividends in cash to shareholders at a rate of 55% for the past year.
