Croatian player Luka Modric has expressed his desire to continue playing with Real Madrid and hopes to renew his contract soon. Modric’s contract with the club expires in June 2021, but he has dismissed speculation about a potential move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Nasr. Multiple reports had previously claimed that Al-Nasr had offered Modric an annual salary of 30 million euros, but the midfielder wants to continue playing in Europe. Modric has played 37 games with Real Madrid this season, scoring six goals and providing five assists. He has won 35 titles with the club, including five European Champions League titles, five World Club Cup titles, and the Ballon d’Or in 2018.
