RHOC – Vicki Gunvalson Reveals Why She Prosecuted Kelly Dodd

During the first part of the Real Housewives of Orange County season 14 special, host Andy Cohen spoke about Vicki Gunvalson’s lawsuit against Kelly Dodd. And, the CO CO finally explained why she had taken legal action against her co-star.

According to Page Six, Gunvalson filed a lawsuit in November against Dodd for saying certain things about him during the filming of RHOC, and she did not want these comments to be released.

Gunvalson wanted to write three quotes: “you are killing old people”, “you are a con artist” and “you have committed fraud”. Dodd is apparently calling Gunvalson for a fraud trial that two-year-old Joan Lile had filed a lawsuit against Gunvalson and his business, Coto Insurance & Financial Services.

As fans know, Gunvalson and Dodd have been arguing for months, so why should these three statements trigger a trial?

Cohen noted that Gunvalson almost didn’t go to the recording of the meeting because “someone by the name of Jane Roe has filed a complaint against Bravo and the production company producing the show, Evolution, for certain statements that were made during the show. “

Cohen also revealed that the lawsuit was initiated by “Jane Roe” and that it was Gunvalson. He said that at the heart of the dispute between Gunvalson and Dodd was the pre-existing lawsuit filed by Lile, and Cohen wanted to know what it was.

“Well, I can’t talk about it because we’re going to mediate on the 20th, but I will say that, anyone who pursues my business, I am the CEO of a large corporation and I insure thousands and thousands of people, so for anyone who insinuates that I am fraudulent, swindler or anything other than the truth, he will be prosecuted, ”replied Gunvalson.

Lile sued Gunvalson and his insurance company for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract after paying increasing premiums, but received no death benefits from her husband.

When Cohen pointed out that filing a complaint for the comments had drawn more attention to Dodd’s fraud charges, Gunvalson said that she didn’t care because no one would pursue her business.

Gunvalson has finally dropped his lawsuit against Dodd, but Lile’s fraud case continues.
