Ribery intends to launch his coaching path

Franck Ribéry, former Bayern Munich player, plans to start his coaching career soon. He is currently working as an assistant coach for the Italian side Salernitana. Ribéry thanked Salernitana for trusting him and giving him the chance to prepare for his main job as a coach. He misses the pressure of matches, training sessions, fans, and the overall atmosphere, which he believes coaching will give him. Ribéry left Bayern Munich in 2019 with multiple titles, including nine Bundesliga and one Champions League. He believes that Julian Nagelsmann, the current manager of Bayern Munich, has the basic requirements to start a new era in the club but warned that winning alone is not enough. He also believes that goalkeeper Manuel Neuer will make a big comeback after fracturing his foot during vacation last December. Ribéry called Neuer the best ever and hopes he returns soon.
