Roshan initiates residential apartments phase in Sidra residential project in Riyadh

Roshen, the national real estate developer of integrated modern residential areas in Saudi Arabia announced the launch of the first phase of residential apartments in the Sidra residential project in Riyadh.

The company said in a statement today, Tuesday, that the residential apartment phase provides open space equal to 45% of its total area and provides 2.8km of green space adjacent to the valley.

Other key features include private gardens for some of the ground floor units, private balconies for upper units, seating auto allotted, a common semi-private majlis in most of the buildings and pedestrian living spaces allowing easy access to public facilities within walking distance away from housing units to promote a healthy lifestyle.

The residential units blend the latest technologies in the field of construction and irrigation methods, with the interest in the Salmani architectural heritage of the Riyadh region, in how much the 88 residential buildings have been designed with two options of “classic” and “modern” facades, while the residential units are characterized by design modern and various options.

After Roshen successfully launched the previous phase of Sidra project which is residential villas, the company is working on the development of various residential products in across the Kingdom, as the Bride project was recently announced in Northern Jeddah Governorate, while other integrated communities are in development phase in nine cities in four regions: Riyadh and Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the eastern region and Asir.
