Russia has renewed its allegation that Ukraine is conducting US-sponsored and directed military biological experiments. In a press conference on Thursday, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov confirmed that his country has all the prove of military biological experiments that Kyiv is leading.
He also accused Ukrainian authorities of conducting some of these experiments near the Russian border.

In addition, he pointed out that military biological laboratories in Ukraine are being funded by Washington, underscoring that Moscow is working to expose the details of those experiments.
He said: “Washington is avoiding answering questions about its biological activities on Ukrainian soil.”
He also clarified that his country has presented all the documents proving the matter since last March.
He concluded his speech by calling on all international parties to meet to address the threat of biological weapons.
Interestingly, Russia failed on the 2nd of this month (November 2022) to pass a draft Security Council resolution related to these allegations of Ukrainian biological activities, as three permanent members of the Security Council (America, Great Britain and France) opposed the draft resolution proposed by Moscow, which is based on Article VI of the Biological Weapons Convention, which prohibits the production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use of biological and toxic weapons .
While 10 countries abstained, China voted in favour.
And Moscow announced on March 6 that its army had revealed prove of the existence of US-funded military biological programs in Ukraine, including documents confirming the development of components for biological weapons, but Kiev and Washington have denied the matter outright.
