Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko stressed on Monday that a return to professional military contacts between Moscow and NATO could reduce the risk of military incidents.

In an interview with “Novosti” said the statement from the US Navy commander in Europe and in Africa is very dangerous and represents an attempt to escalate the Black Sea issue.
