Sadio Mane Returns to Group Training with Bayern After Extended Absence

Sadio Mane, a Senegalese international winger, has returned to group training with Bayern Munich after being absent for over three months due to a calf muscle injury. Mane expressed his joy of being back to the team and training, and is looking forward to playing in front of the fans, scoring goals and winning games. He was injured during a match against Werder Bremen on November 8th, and was unable to participate in the Qatar 2022 World Cup. After weeks of individual training, Mane is now one step closer to playing in matches for Bayern Bavarian. The team’s coach Julian Nagelsmann stated that Mane has fully recovered and is no longer suffering from any issues. Bayern will play against Union Berlin next week, and then against Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 on March 8th, after winning the first leg in France.
