Saints will have NFL Draft war room at New Orleans brewery

If the Saints can’t perform their 2020 NFL Draft in their typical war room, they’ll simply have to opt for the next- best thing: a brewery.

Saints coach Sean Payton on Wednesday informed the “Rich Eisen Show” that, in lieu of the team’s typical war room, they’ll perform their draft at New Orleans’ Dixie Beer brewery– owned by Saints owner Gayle Benson, and under existing social distancing standards, naturally.

MORE: Absolutely nothing disgraceful or cold about staging the NFL Draft in times like these

Sean Payton stated they are holding little draft conferences at @dixiebrewco & & strategy to work there throughout the draft with particular safety measures:

⚜ Everybody takes their temperature level prior to going into
⚜ 6-7 employee in the room, everyone expanded in big room (rest of personnel hires)

Leave it to the Saints to reconcile a bad scenario as coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect the sports world. That stated, something informs us they’ll put a hang on celebratory beverages up until after the draft (or the first couple of rounds, at least).

After the Saints make their choices– Sporting News forecasts them to take LSU linebacker Patrick Queen with the 24 th general choice– their next big option will be whether to opt for the Dixie Light or the Dixie Lager. Or possibly something from the Voodoo series?
