Saudi Arabia beats i record building the largest model of auto from Lego Formula

The president of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal, placed the last piece of Lego of the largest model of auto of Formula 1 built with Lego parts to the world, to establish a record and obtain a Guinness World Record Certificate, as part of the campaign of the Automobile and Motorcycle Federation to promote the Formula 1 Arabian Grand Prix for the 2021 season.

This happens in concomitance with the celebration of the 91st National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to underline the importance of this milestone for the people of the Kingdom; Guinness World Records officials monitored the building’s completion and then officially certified the achievement.

On this occasion, Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal expressed his happiness and pride in the achievement of this result and said: “I am pleased to announce the completion of the construction of the largest model of auto Formula 1 never used with Lego pieces in the world, a goal approved by Guinness World Records ”.

He added: “We are looking forward to a new milestone with the opening of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit during the 2021 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix for Formula 1 next December, which will become the longest and fastest street circuit in the world. Saudi Arabia modern in course, innovation and social responsibility, where today we have managed to embody it in the field e in a way that has exceeded expectations. This outstanding achievement was a model of cooperation and creativity linked to a collective passion, to harness the power of Formula 1 to propel the United to realize its aspirations for a brighter and more prosperous future.

It is worth noting that more than 500,000 Lego cubes were used in the construction process of the largest model of theauto of Formula 1 and was implemented by certified Lego experts, as hundreds of thousands of citizens and residents had the opportunity to participate in beating the record of the world.
