Saudi Arabia begins implementing developer ranges program to locate jobs in the private sector

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia has announced the start of the implementation of the developer ranges program on all private sector establishments starting from the date of Rabi ‘Al-Thani 26 1443 AH corresponding to December 1, 2021.

The decision comes, according to a statement released today Sunday by the Saudi news agency, in in line with the decisions on Saudi Arabia and the ministry’s plan to increase opportunities for Saudi men and women to participate in the labor market and support gross domestic product, as the program is one of the most important pillars of And the pillars of the Ministry’s strategic transformation initiatives.

The developer ranges program offers a number of key benefits, represented by a clear and transparent emiratization plan for the next three years with the aim of increasing organizational stability for private sector institutions.

The program also provides requirements on the direct relationship between the number of employees and the required emiratization percentages for each facility through an equation that is proportionally related to the number of employees at the facility, simplifying program design and enhancing the customer experience by integrating asset classifications based on specific criteria to be 32 assets instead of 85 assets in intervals.

This program is in in line with other emiratization programs launched by the Ministry, as the program will help provide more than 340,000 jobs over the next three years.

The Ministry confirms that the program has been developed in collaboration with relevant government agencies and private sector plant owners.
