Saudi Arabia issues 10,000 freelance work licenses in 6 months

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development of Saudi Arabia revealed the employment of 10,000 social security recipients during the first half of quest’year by issuing a “freelance” license and implementing 148 training programs to train 450 specialists in human resources.
