Saudi Arabia reaches the Arab Youth Cup final of five in Palestine

RIYADH: The Saudi youth team has reached the final of the Arab Cup U-20 Championship, after the big 5-0 victory over Palestine, today, Wednesday, in the semi-finals of the competition, which is currently taking place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The first half ended with a Saudi brace, signed respectively in the 36th and 45th minutes by Muhammad Suleiman Bakr and Abdullah Hadi Radif. The Saudi side continued to impose their dominance during the second half, which saw another 3 goals scored, when Abdullah Hadi added the third goal for the team (green) and his second personal goal in the 65th minute. Abdulaziz Saud Al-Aliwa and Saleh Ahmed Al-Rahmani scored the fourth and fifth goals in the 67th and 87th minutes respectively. The Saudi team has set a date for the final of the tournament with the winner of the other semifinal, between Egypt and Algeria, which will be played later today. (Dpa)
