The ministry said the petroleum products distribution station in Jizan was attacked by a remote drone last night, Saturday.

The ministry added: “At around 5:30 this morning, the Yanbu natural gas plant, and then the Yanbu Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) plants, were attacked by two separate drones,” according to the agency. of the Saudi press, “SPA”.

The attack on Yanbu Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) plants led to a temporary decrease in the refinery’s production level, which will be offset by inventories.

An official source from the Saudi Ministry of Energy said: “These attacks resulted in no injuries or deaths.”

The source pointed out that the Kingdom strongly condemns these attacks, pointing to the repetition of these acts of sabotage and terrorism against vital installations and civilian objects. in several regions of the Kingdom, including, for example, the recent attack on the Riyadh refinery.
