During ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball, Marvel Studios showed a new trailer for the movie Secret Invasion. The show with Samuel L. Jackson will start on Disney+ on June 21.
Jackson plays Nick Fury again in the series, which is now set in the MCU. He learns that a group of shape-shifting Skrulls is planning a secret invasion of Earth. Fury joins his friends, like Everett Ross, Maria Hill, and the Skrull Talos, who have made a life for themselves on Earth. Together, they are racing against time to stop the Skrulls from taking over Earth and saving humanity.
Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Charlayne Woodard, Killian Scott, Samuel Adewunmi, Dermot Mulroney, Christopher McDonald, Katie Finneran, Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman, and Don Cheadle are also in the Marvel series with Jackson.
Ali Selim is the show’s director and an executive producer. Kevin Feige, Jonathan Schwartz, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Samuel L. Jackson, Ali Selim, Kyle Bradstreet, and Brian Tucker are executive producers. Kyle Bradstreet is also the head writer, and Jennifer L. Booth, Allana Williams, and Brant Englestein are co-executive producers.
