Seera: The public offering of “Lumi Leasing” is subject to shareholder approval

Seera Group Holding Company “Sira” announced today, Sunday, the completion of the studio of the possibility of an initial public offering of its subsidiary, Lumi Leasing, and its conclusion that the proposed initial public offering will constitute a dissolution of the merger, and therefore is subject to the approval of the shareholders of “Sira”.

Seera stated, in a statement on Saudi Tadawul, who will separately issue an invitation to its shareholders to attend the ordinary general meeting to vote on the demerger, as well as a circular to shareholders, which contains more information on the demerger process.

Seera’s board had set up a specialized committee to advise shareholders in demerger matter in accordance with the provisions ofart.

Seera’s board of directors approved the demerger on November 21, 2022.

Lumi Rental Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, headquartered in Riyadh, in Saudi Arabia, and engaged in providing car rental services.
