Sudan: We have made progress on peace talks with rebel leaders زعيم

The Sudanese authorities did on Tuesday die Talks with the most powerful rebel leader in the country postponed and declared, die both sides agreed on more than 75% of the framework for a peace agreement.

But El-Hilu, who in His stronghold in the state of South Kordofan controls many troops and a large part of the country, has not joined the agreement, as has Abdel Wahed al-Nur, the leader of the most active group in Darfur.
