“Sumou Real Estate” withdraws its application to move to the main Saudi market

Sumou Real Estate Company announced the withdrawal of the application file for transfer to the main Saudi market submitted to Saudi Tadawul Group.

Sumou Real Estate said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Sunday, that this is to complete some of the requirements of the rules to move to the main market.

Last October, Sumou Real Estate Company filed an application to move into the main market through the automated system set up by regulators in tale scope.

Interestingly, Sumou Real Estate Company’s preliminary financial results showed net profits decline by 4.3% in the first half of 2022 to approximately 45.45 million riyals, after zakat and taxes, compared with approximately 47.5 million riyals in the first half of 2021.
