Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announced that it has signed a contract with Wafra for industry and development worth 14.03 million riyals excluding transportation costs and value added tax.
The company said in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia” today, Thursday, that the contract includes the sale of industrial potatoes to Tabuk Agricultural Company to Wafra Company for Industry and Development.
He explained that the two parties had agreed that Tabuk Company would supply Wafra with quantities of its industrial potato product, according to the delivery schedule agreed in the contract. This contract will be a continuation of the relationship between the two companies in various fields.
He added that this contract enters in effective from the date in which is signed by both parties and is valid until 02/28/2024 AD
He indicated that this contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s financial results for the third and fourth quarters of 2023 AD and the first quarter of 2024 AD
