iPhones Compatible with iOS 26

Understanding Apple Intelligence Limitations
While various models can install iOS 26, access to Apple Intelligence features is limited to devices with more robust hardware. Innovative capabilities like Genmoji, Image Playground, and the new Visual Intelligence search are exclusive to:
- iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16 models
If you own an older iPhone, you will still enjoy the new aesthetic and essential updates, but you won’t have access to the comprehensive Apple Intelligence functionalities.
How to Identify Your iPhone Model
To verify which iPhone you have, navigate to Settings > General > About and look for Model Name. If your model doesn’t appear on the compatibility list, you’ll continue receiving security updates for iOS 25 for a while, but you’ll miss out on the new features introduced in iOS 26.
