The creators of Golf Story are back with Sports Story

To this day, I believe that Golf Story is one of the best games on Switch. The mix of old-school RPG storytelling and skill-based golf is charming, entertaining and in a good way different. The end of the game hinted at a sequel, and Sports Story could be, but with a wider focus than we expected. Sidebar Games’ Sports Story is due to be released exclusively for Switch mid-2020, putting players on a new golf-focused adventure. However, you must also bring a racket to play tennis, kick a football or swing a baseball bat and much more.

The Nintendo press release also states that the game will contain dungeons and spying, which may sound strange, but that’s exactly what I want and expect from this series. In my review, in which I rated the game 9 out of 10, I said, “Golf Story makes you as interested in the characters and their world as it does in a do-or-die-putt. Part of it his charm is to keep you out of balance, forcing you to complete a 300-yard ride in one second and then solve a thriller the next second. “If you have not played it, miss it A fantastic RPG experience.
