The first vessel with Ukrainian grain has successfully passed the “grain corridor” and should arrive in the port of Istanbul in Turkey at midnight.
The ship will be examined by a delegation consisting of representatives of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN.
On Monday morning, the first ship with 26,000 tons of corn left the Ukrainian port of Odessa for Lebanon under the flag of Sierra Leone.
According to the vessel traffic tracking service (marinetraffic), the vessel is heading to the port of Tripoli in Lebanon and is expected to reach its final destination on Wednesday (August 03, 2022).

On July 22, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN signed the “Document on the Initiative for the Safe Delivery of Grain and Food from Ukrainian Ports”, and the agreement guarantees the security of grain exports from Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea to the world.
