The family of Destiny Harrison, 21, who was murdered in his own hair salon in Baltimore, seeks public help to find his killer

While most of us continue the joy of celebrating the holidays, unfortunately, there are others who face the consequences of an unspeakable tragedy. Destiny Harrison’s family and friends are heartbroken after being killed in her hair salon in Baltimore.

@BaltimoreSun reports that Destiny Harrison, 21, was shot dead on December 21 while in her beauty salon in McElderry Park, southeast of Baltimore. Authorities say they answered a call to the scene just after 6 p.m. Upon arrival, police in Baltimore allegedly found Harrison with gunshot wounds to the head inside the Madam D Beauty Bar. She was then rushed to the local hospital where she was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police said someone entered the living room and shot Harrison on the head several times. Others were also said to have been inside at the time of the shooting. Colonel Sheree Briscoe confirmed the first reports of the crime, but would not go into details. However, she is asking for community support to bring the killer to justice.

Briscoe said this to local media:

“We know there were other people present at the time, so anyone who may have seen anything – anything, no matter the size – to share this information.” I know there is a conversation on social media. This is not the investigative conversation. “

Previous court documents reveal that Harrison laid a charge of burglary, theft and assault against a person who broke into his living room on December 9 and it has also been reported that people close to him have stated that she “feared for her life”.

Baltimore homicide detectives urge anyone with information about the shooting to call 410-396-2100 or leave an anonymous tip at Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup. A GoFundMe page has been created for the funeral expenses of Harrison and his young daughter. You can contribute here.
