The Jordanian royal court announces the wedding date of the crown prince and the rajah

The Jordanian royal court has announced the date of the marriage of Jordanian Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II to Mrs. Rajwa Khaled Al-Saif on June 1 next.

Last August, the royal court announced the engagement of Jordanian Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II at the wish of Khalid bin Musaed bin Saif bin Abdulaziz Al Saif.

Al-Fatihah was read at the home of the young woman’s father in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, in the presence of Prince Hassan bin Talal, Prince Hashem bin Abdullah II, Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, Prince Hashem bin Al Hussein, Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, Prince Rashid bin Al Hassan and a number of members of the Al Saif family.

Prince Hussein was born in 1994 and was made crown prince in 2009, after the site had been vacant since 2004, when King Abdullah II sent a message to his half-brother Hamza, in which he decided to remove him from the site, provided he remains close to him, entrusting him with various military and civilian tasks, before the family council decided last April to limit Prince Hamzah’s travel in reason for its association with what was locally known as the “sedition” case, as a result of which the former head of the royal court, Basem Awad Allah, and a member of the Hashemite family, Sharif Hassan bin Zaid, were tried.
