In a statement, the program confirmed that the remaining 30 days are the last chance to rectify the situation, as 20 government agencies are working to arrest those who have used artificial intelligence techniques, analyze data and information, and impose legal sanctions on them. which amount to 5 years of imprisonment and a fine of 5 million riyals.
During the last month of the corrective period, the national anti-cover-up program continues to receive requests to electronically correct the situation according to the following options: partnership in the facility between Saudis and non-Saudis, registration of ownership of the facility in the name of a non-Saudi and the Saudi who continues to carry out an economic activity by introducing a new partner in the facility (a Saudi or an investor) (authorized foreigner) and the Saudi relinquishes the facility by selling, giving up or dissolving the facility, in addition to the option for non-Saudis to obtain premium residency, and for non-Saudis to permanently leave the Kingdom.
The corrective period to combat cover-up aims to correct the conditions of the establishments in the various sectors, thus improving the stability, expansion and growth of economic and commercial enterprises.
