Regional Success
Tears of the Kingdom was the best-selling game in nine out of the eighteen countries included in the data. Hogwarts Legacy took the lead in four countries, while FIFA 23 dominated in five.
Impressive Launch and Global Sales
Nintendo released Tears of the Kingdom on May 12, and it sold a staggering 10 million copies worldwide within its first three days. This makes it the fastest-selling game in the history of the Legend of Zelda series and the quickest-selling Nintendo title in Europe and the Americas for any system.
