The Minister of Defense confirms the strengthening of various aspects of cooperation between the countries of the Cooperation Council to preserve the savings of their countries

Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, today chaired the nineteenth meeting of the Joint Defense Council of Defense Ministers of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, with the participation of Their Highnesses, Excellencies, Ministers of Defense in the GCC States, and His Excellency the Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States, Dr. Nayef bin Falah Al-Hajraf, and His Excellency the Commander of the Unified Military Command, Lieutenant General Eid bin Awad Al-Shalawi, at the headquarters of the Secretariat in the city of Riyadh Prime Minister of the Covenant, may God protect them.

During his speech, His Highness the Minister of Defense stressed the strengthening of various aspects of cooperation between the GCC states. To preserve the savings of their homelands and the achievements of their peoples, to enhance their successes and to fulfill the aspirations and ambitions of their leaders, His Highness affirmed the Council’s effort to raise the level of its armed forces. to be – by the grace of God – an impregnable dam and a protective shield to face risks and threats, to obtain security and stability for the region and to protect national interests and economic resources.

At the end of the meeting, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman thanked their Highnesses, Excellencies, Ministers of Defense in the GCC States and His Excellency the Secretary General for the sincere and sincere efforts made to develop and strengthen the joint Gulf action. defense.

His Highness has asked God that the efforts be crowned with success for the good of the peoples of the Arab Gulf states and their homelands, and that he maintain security and protection for the Gulf states in the shadow of their wise leaders and provide them with assistance, success and payment.

Interestingly, the meeting addressed many issues of joint military action listed on the agenda for which appropriate decisions and recommendations were made.
