Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani has expressed his interest in buying Liverpool Football Club, reported the British newspaper “The Mirror”, and was seen by “Al Arabiya.net”.
The newspaper reported that the president of Reliance Industries is facing third-party competition from the Middle East and the United States, adding that the current owners of Fenway Sports Group Holdings LLC have been inundated with initial offerings.
The report indicated that Fenway Sports is ready to sell for £ 4 billion. Ambani owns the team of cricket of Mumbai Indians and also helped found the Indian Premier League’s football.
