Today we release another update – a new version of our support website. We’ve completely redesigned the site with a brand new look and feel that will help you more quickly and easily with your account, games, subscriptions and devices. Not only does the new site make finding help easier and more intuitive, it also displays alerts based on what’s happening with Xbox and your account, so the information you need is always the focus.

Here are some of the updates we’ve made:

• Smarter search – Search with your own

  the community. The new search focuses exclusively on support and improves
  from use over time.
• Personal notifications – Sign in with
  Your Microsoft account and we will give you notifications and warnings to resolve
  Problems or prevent them before they occur.
• Designed for mobile phones – The new page is
  Designed to work and look good on your phone or tablet for help
  easily from your favorite device. And of course it looks great from a web browser
  also.
• New Contact us – We did it fast and
  It’s easy to solve problems yourself, but we know that sometimes it has to be easy
  connect with a person. You will find contact options in every article
  and offer new tools to connect you with the best options for your specific question.
