“The Red Sea for Development” agrees with “Hadaf” to train 500 young men and women

On Sunday, the Red Sea Development Company signed an agreement with the Human Resource Development Fund “Hadaf” to provide training support programs for national human cadres, who will qualify them for a diploma (diploma) in two years and 3 months of training, targeting 500 young Saudi men and women to work in the most renewable and promising tourist destinations in the world.

The company’s chief executive, John Pagano, said that Programs include hotels, airport services and mechanical engineeringand electrical engineering, as well as renewable energy services, noting that the deal achieves support for local Saudi talent to secure jobs that meet their aspirations and provide them with the opportunity after training and enabling them to build and sustain this global system.

He points out that, in addition to the above, a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Red Sea Development Company and the Human Resources Development Fund to cooperate in future initiatives to support the development of national human capital, underlining that the company is proud of its success in building a workforce that constitutes more than 50% of the sons and daughters of the local community. .
