The Saudi defense intercepts 8 booby traps fired against civilians

The Coalition in Support of Legitimacy in Yemen announced Thursday that Saudi air defenses intercepted eight booby traps that were fired against civilians in Saudi Arabia.

He added that the Houthi militia tried to target the universities of Jizan and Najran.

The coalition released pictures of the Saudi defenses being intercepted with booby traps for the Houthi planes.

The coalition said there was a ballistic missile that was fired by the Sana’a militia and landed in Al-Jawf.

The drone strikes came days after Riyadh launched a new initiative calling for a ceasefire across Yemen.

The Houthis recently stepped up their drone and missile attacks on Saudi Arabia.

The Organization for Islamic Cooperation condemned the escalation of the Houthi and the attempt to target the universities of Jizan and Najran.

The United Arab Emirates condemned the Houthi attempt to attack civilians and civilian objects in Saudi Arabia and urged the international community to take a stand immediately to stop attacks against the kingdom.

For its part, Bahrain strongly condemned Al Houthi’s attempts to attack Saudi Arabia with the car bombs.

For his part, the Secretary of the Gulf Cooperation Council condemned the start of demonstrations towards Saudi Arabia by the Houthi, stressing that they reflected the Houthi Group’s obvious challenge to the international community.
