The sovereign wealth fund of Qatar is in negotiations for the purchase of 20% of the famous Nusrat restaurants

D-Dream Group, which owns the Nusr-Et restaurants in Turkey, it is in talks to sell a 20% stake in Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund for $ 300 million, valuing Nusr-Et restaurants at $ 1.5 billion, according to a Turkish newspaper.

In 2020, a branch of the Qatar Sovereign Fund bought 30% of Istanbul’s largest shopping center from Dogus Holding, which owns the D.ream group and is looking to restructure its debts.
