The UAE cabinet, headed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has approved executive regulations for the new law on the entry and stay of foreigners.
The regulation included changes to the golden residence system, which is granted for a period of 10 years, to facilitate requirements and broaden the categories of beneficiaries.
It also included new benefits for gold residency holders, the most important of which is the abolition of the requirement not to be absent from the state to maintain residence and the abolition of the maximum number of support service workers who can be included, in addition to the benefits for family members that allow them to remain in the state for the duration of their residence in case of death of the head of the family who obtained the golden residence.
The tourist visa for multiple entries with a duration of five years and without a guarantor was also introduced, which allows the beneficiary to stay in the country for up to 90 continuous days, provided that the entire period of stay does not exceed 180 days. in one year .
