‘They’re not disappearing over night’: RBC CEO states nonrenewable fuel sources are needed in shift to green economy


Royal Bank of Canada Chief Executive Officer David McKay stated any shift to a more climate-friendly economy still depends upon nonrenewable fuel sources.

” We have a longer-term shift as we alter the energy source, we transfer to a greener economy, nevertheless it is a shift,” McKay stated Thursday throughout a Bloomberg Television interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

” What we’re losing out on is an expression of a method to change your nonrenewable fuel sources,” McKay stated.
