Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company today announced the issuance of a preliminary ruling by the Dubai courts in Dubai, forcing Nasser Saleh Al-Sarami to pay Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company a amount of 3,825,733 dirhams, in addition to legal interest at 5% from the date of the legal request until full payment.
The ruling forced the Kenaen General Trading Company to bring to a company Tihama for advertising, public relations and marketing An amount of 1,217,925 dirhams plus statutory interest at the rate of 5% from the date of the court application until full payment.
According to the company’s statement posted on the site web of the Saudi stock exchange “Tadawul”, the first instance sentence obliged each defendant to pay the costs of the application and five hundred dirhams in exchange of legal fees.
The company has clarified that it has filed a lawsuit against Al-Sarami to compensate for the damages caused during the management of Tihama Global in Dubai (associated company) in his capacity as general manager and member of the board of directors of Tihama Global.
The lawsuit also included a request by Kanayen General Trading Company to pay Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing an amount of 1,217,925 dirhams, which it had committed to pay to finance Tihama Global’s operations. in a free zone in according to the contract signed between the two parties.
