#Roommates, it’s been about a month since Kevin McCall had a physical altercation with local police officers while he was in a courthouse in Atlanta. The entire incident was filmed – and now he has been formally charged with many new charges.
Kevin McCall’s legal problems continue to escalate as his recent physical altercation with the Atlanta police, which has left several injured, could drive him behind bars. @TMZ_TV reports that a Georgia grand jury formally charged Kevin with three counts for his role in last month’s altercation with a police sergeant in Atlanta. He started because he refused to stop recording on his phone in the courthouse.
According to official legal documents, Kevin’s charges include two counts of misdemeanor, that is, an obstruction of a law enforcement officer by means of threats or violence and terrorist threats. He is also charged with criminal damage to second degree property, which is a charge.
Elsewhere in the indictment, it is also alleged that Kevin fought with the police officer, attempted to beat him, resisted his arrest and made threats of aggravated assault. The criminal damage caused by the crime is due to the fact that Kevin intentionally damaged the officer’s glasses.
Although Kevin has not yet answered this last legal problem, he has previously stated that the video of the altercation rid him of any wrongdoing and showed that he was the victim. He also announced his intention to prosecute the police for racial discrimination and for injuries he suffered.
Roommates, what do you think of this?
