Turkey initiates arbitration in a dispute with the European Union at the World Trade Organization

Turkey stated in a declaration that will initiate arbitration proceedings with the World Trade Organization in report to a dispute with the European Union on pharmaceuticals, indicating its intention to use a rarely used alternative to the usual dispute resolution process in the World Organization.
