Ukraine says Russia has nearly 100,000 troops in near the border

Kiev, Nov. 13 (Reuters) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said nearly 100,000 Russian soldiers in near the border met Ukraine and that western countries had shared information as regards active Russian troop movements with Kyiv.
