In light of renewed threats from nuclear use, NATO Deputy Secretary General Angus Liapsley announced that NATO-wide exercises conducted by the nuclear forces of NATO member states are necessary to ensure effective nuclear deterrence.
The deputy secretary general of the alliance said in an interview with the “SNB” agency, that the main task of the alliance is to ensure that there is no doubt in Russia on our commitment to ensure nuclear deterrence.
