Vancouver Canucks’ Elias Pettersson hits puck fan – but he does it

Vancouver Canucks winner Elias Pettersson is known for his quick shot. One fan knew it very much Monday in Philadelphia.

As the Canucks warm up for their game against the Flyers, Pettersson threw a quick shot into the net. He pulled from the crossroads and kiosks, hitting a Vancouver fan watching. It does not appear to have been injured by the game.

The Swedish frontman noticed what happened and immediately went to make up for it. Walking on the bench, Pettersson grabbed a sharpie and wrote an apology in a Canucks baseball cap before bringing it over to hit the glass on the fan.

Teammate Bo Horvat also had some warm-up problems in the arena. He wanted to give another Canucks fan, but the safety net at the Wells Fargo Center stood in his way. But Jacob Markstrom helped him get the souvenir fan.
