WB Montreal Working on Upcoming Wonder Woman Game with Nemesis System from Monolith Productions
Exciting news for gamers – WB Montreal, the developers behind Gotham Knights, are currently working on a new Wonder Woman game!
According to a job listing discovered by Tech4Gamers, the studio is diving into the world of Wonder Woman after their work on Gotham Knights.
The game is being developed by Monolith Productions and will feature the Nemesis system from their popular Lord of the Rings games.
WB Montreal is renowned for their work on Gotham Knights and Batman: Arkham Origins. While the latter received praise from fans, it did not receive much acknowledgment from the original Arkham series creators at Rocksteady.
Monolith Productions has been actively hiring for the project, indicating that they are putting in a lot of effort to make this game amazing.
There were concerns among players that Wonder Woman might be a live-service game, but Warner clarified that it is, in fact, a single-player action-adventure game set in a dynamic open world.
The game will allow players to step into the shoes of Diana of Themyscira and explore an original story within the DC Universe, while also incorporating the Nemesis System.
Wonder Woman was officially revealed at the 2021 Game Awards with a teaser trailer, but further details about the game have been scarce.
