Disenchanted is an American romantic comedy film written and directed by Adam Shankman and is the sequel to the 2007 film Enchanted. Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden, and Edina Menzel reprised their roles from the first film, with Gabriella Dashino replaced by Rachel Covey.
They are joined by newcomers Yvette Nicole Brown, Maya Rudolph, Jayma Mays, and Oscar Nunez. Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz returned as the film's songwriters, and Menken composed the score again.

Disenchanted is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ on November 24, 2022, which falls on Thanksgiving.
Adam Shankman is the director of this film. Adam Michael Shankman is an American film author, actor, director, producer, writer, dancer, and choreographer. He was a permanent judge on seasons 6-7 of So You Think You Can Dance.
The story of Disenchanted is set ten years after Enchanted. Giselle, Robert, and Morgan moved from New York to the suburbs. When Gisele began to question her happily ever after, she wished her life had been more like a perfect fairy tale.
